Making A Purchase YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OLD OR OLDER TO ORDER OR RECEIVE ALCOHOLIC GOODS FROM THIS WEBSITE. Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. The minimum purchase of wine is 6 bottles of any mix of wines and orders must be in multiples of 6 e.g. 12, 18, 24, 30 etc. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Your age will be verified from your date of birth. We accept card payments. We only deliver to the UK but if you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We accept Visa and MasterCard. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone or by post. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us immediately and we will try to correct the mistake. When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. Shipping And Handling We charge just one delivery charge for the whole of the UK Mainland regardless of how many items you order. This is £9.99. Delivery Schedule Delivery is within 10 working days of receipt of order. We deliver Monday to Friday only to addresses in mainland UK (England, Wales, Scotland) and Northern Ireland. For the avoidance of doubt, we do not deliver to the Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands. In addition, our couriers do not deliver to PO Box numbers. A majority of orders are delivered on the required delivery date when specified, however delivery on any particular date is not guaranteed. Please note: Delivery to Northern Ireland involves a supplement charged by our carrier - we will notify this at the time of confirming your order Delivery times may be affected if there are stock availability problems or other unforeseen circumstances. Please note the availability shown for each product is a guide only and on rare occasions items do run out of stock. For your security, the courier's paperwork must be signed by someone 18 years old or over, either at the recipients address or a neighbouring address in order to acknowledge receipt of the Products. A Delivery Note detailing the Products supplied by Solovini will be stored in one of your delivered parcel/s, and this is your proof of delivery. The courier has the right to challenge anyone they are delivering to, to prove their age if they think they may be under 21, If our courier attempts delivery at the delivery address, specified in the order, or as a fall-back attempts delivery with a neighbour but cannot deliver the Products, the courier will retain the Products and will leave a calling card with a Customer Services telephone number for you to call in order to arrange re-delivery. Please note that the courier company can only arrange a specific re-delivery date, and cannot arrange a specific re-delivery time. The courier will only attempt to deliver the Products on up to two separate days, after which a further delivery charge may become payable. It is your obligation to inspect goods immediately upon receipt and notify the carrier immediately of any shortage or damage. You must then immediately notify Solovini. In the absence of any notification within three days the shortage, damage or any other deficiency will be deemed to have occurred after delivery to you. Back Orders We do not provide a Back Order service. Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 calendar days and return the goods for a full refund within 14 calendar days of cancellation, including the cost of delivery. Travel orders cancelled within 14 days but with less than 6 clear weeks to departure date will be returned less a small administrative fee. Cancel by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. You must pay the carriage cost of returning the goods and the goods must be returned within 28 calendar days of receipt. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. Your refund will be paid within 14 calendar days. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed. Any goods returned should be in saleable condition. These terms apply to your order. Remittance Terms Travel orders must be paid in full if ordered within 6 clear weeks of the departure date. If ordered before, then we only require a returnable deposit. The remaining balance must be paid before 6 clear weeks of the departure date. Travel orders cannot be cancelled after 14 days, with less than 6 clear weeks to departure date. Please ensure you take out travel insurance to cover yourself. If you are unable to travel as agreed, then please inform us as soon as you are able. We will attempt to re-sell your travel order, or part of and you will be refunded the appropriate amount if we are successful, less a small administrative fee. If we reduce the price of the order, by agreement with you, in order to try and sell it, then we will refund whatever we receive for it, less a small administrative fee. |
